Sears PartsDirect Same Day Ship Guarantee promises to ship eligible items ordered within the guarantee window on the same day or shipping is free.
Sears PartsDirect Same Day Ship Guarantee only applies to items displaying the Golden Same Day Ship Guarantee Seal. To be eligible for the Same Day Ship Guarantee the order must be placed between 12:01AM CST and 12:00PM CST, Monday through Friday only, known as the guarantee window. Orders received outside of the guarantee window, including all orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, are not eligible for the Same Day Ship Guarantee; normal estimated arrival dates will apply.
The final composition of the shopping cart may void the Same Day Ship Guarantee if any item in the checkout shopping cart is not eligible for same day shipping.
If Sears PartsDirect is not able to ship an eligible item same day, shipping is free. A credit equal to the amount of shipping paid will be issued to the customer in the same form as the original payment received.
