- Include every digit in the model number, even if some are sized or styled differently.
- Kenmore and Craftsman model numbers typically have three digits separated by a period.

Get the whole number

Watch out for characters that look alike
Take a closer look at the lowercase "I" and numeral "1", letter "S" and numeral "5", and letter "O" and numeral "0".
